This Mandoline vegetable slicer is manufactured with 18/10 stainless steel. The unit comes complete with 5 interchangeable cutting blades and a plastic hand pusher. The handles and feet are coated with rubber which provides stability during use. The top levers allow thickness adjustments to 0.5". The Mandoline slicer is designed to slice, waffle, and julienne cut a variety of fruits and vegetables.
