Oxygen restricting design quickly extinguishes cigarettes. Nylon base pads prevent damage to surface and base. It has stainless steel latches and nickel plates brass chain that requires no tedious, time consuming alignment to fasten. Top and base are connected with the nickel plated brass chain to deter theft. Forms a tight fitting seal. Optional anchoring kits available.
