Product Return Policy: Products must be in original condition. Products must be returned or we must be contacted within 30 days of purchase date. Call us directly for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) This Number must be clearly marked on the outside of all boxes. Returns will be refused without the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box. Absolutely no refunds or exchanges without a valid RMA#. We will give you a shipping address along with the RMA#. Send the product back to us (we recommend insurance and tracking). You will be notified by e-mail of your refund once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned product. Super Market Merchandising reserves the right to refuse any return. Sorry no refunds on closeout or package deals.
Shipping: Due to the various methods of shipping available, Super Market Merchandising does not calculate shipping on-line. You will be contacted with the shipping options for your order.
Product Warranty: If you have a defective/damaged product, please call us immediately to determine if the product is covered under the warranty.
Damaged Shipments: Accidents occasionally occur during shipping. Please inspect all items prior to accepting the delivery. Notify the driver and make a damaged notation on the freight bill of any damage or shortage at the time of delivery. Ownership and responsibility for all unreported damages transfer to the customer upon acceptance of the delivery. If you discover concealed damage after acceptance of the order, Stop!!! Notify the carrier immediately and request an inspection. This is required prior to filing a freight claim. Do not forget to keep all packing materials and original boxes.
